We help individuals understand body composition, lifestyle patterns, and functional health signals to support informed decisions. We are not a medical service or diagnostic platform. Who We Are and How to Contact Us This platform is operated by Trusting Minds Pvt Ltd, 9238 Garden Villas, DLF Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. What Information We Collect We collect limited personal details, body composition and lifestyle inputs, and app usage information strictly required to deliver wellness insights and program support. How Your Data Is Used Your information is used to generate wellness reports, support communication with authorized Trusting Minds™ professionals, provide reminders, and improve app performance. We do not sell your data. Who Else Processes Your Data We rely on a small number of service providers to run the platform. They process data only on our instructions, for the purpose described, and may not use it for their own purposes: Google Firebase for push notifications and real-time updates; MongoDB Atlas for database hosting; Vercel for application hosting and file storage; Resend for transactional email, including sign-in codes; Razorpay for payment processing; our WhatsApp messaging provider for appointment and programme messages; and Sarvam AI for speech and language processing used to read programme content aloud. We share your information with these providers only to the extent the service requires, and otherwise only where the law obliges us to. How We Protect Your Data Traffic between your device and our platform is encrypted in transit, and your records are held in a managed database with encryption at rest. Access is limited by role, so each staff member sees only what their role permits, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail. Signing in uses one-time codes and short-lived session tokens, and deleting your account revokes those sessions on every device. Payment and staff credentials are stored encrypted under separate keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we continue to review these measures. Data Access & Control You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential communication at any time. Data Retention and Deletion We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service. While your account is active, we retain your account details, body composition entries, lifestyle inputs, wellness reports, and the messages you exchange with Trusting Minds™ professionals. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — from the app under Profile, or at https://tmwheels.trustingminds.com/legal/trusting-minds/account/delete. We deactivate the account immediately and sign you out on every device. The request then stays in a 30-day recovery window, during which you can cancel it and regain access. When those 30 days pass, we permanently remove the personal identifiers held in your profile, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and contact details. Records created during your programme are kept beyond that point only in anonymised form. They no longer carry your name or contact details and cannot be traced back to you. We keep them so that service quality and aggregate statistics remain accurate. Notification and delivery records are short-lived and are removed automatically between one hour and thirty days after they are created, depending on the type. Where the law obliges us to keep certain records — for example payment, invoice, and tax records — we retain those for the period the applicable law requires, and remove them once that period ends. If you stop using the app without asking for deletion, your account and its data remain stored so that you can return to your programme later. Minors & Guardianship Users under 18 years of age must use the platform with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
